Brian Neal has served HMS Health since 2006. He accepted his role as President and CEO in 2010, embracing the opportunity to help spearhead the company’s continued success. He is responsible for setting strategy, directing the leadership team, managing the overall business and overseeing business development programs. Over the past 20 years, Brian has successfully led companies in the healthcare informatics and radiology services industries and has been involved with four early-stage businesses. These businesses range from entities he has funded himself to the creation of GE Medical Systems initial PACS software business, Integrated Imaging Solutions.
For more than a decade, Brian has been instrumental in helping empower community hospitals with innovative technologies. Serving rural and community hospitals requires unique expertise, which Brian has further developed while dedicating the last 12 years to finding creative solutions to these hospitals’ clinical technology management and maintenance needs.

Larry began his technology career of 20 plus years with AT&T and Bell Laboratories as a software developer and technical management and has served as the Director of IT for a startup healthcare business and then in 2007 Larry was promoted to VP of Operations and Client services.
Larry serves as Director of Business and Technology Development for HMS Health.
In this role, Larry is responsible for the Technology development, IT services, Quality Management Program, and ISO certification.
Larry has a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Jeff has been in the sterilization/infection control industry for over 30 years.
After working for several national companies in this field Jeff along with 3 partners started Medical Technologies (MTC) in 1997. In 2019 MTC became part of HMS Health.
Jeff manages and directs HMS Health’s Infection Control Services Operation.
The HMS Health Board of Directors is designed to assist management in thinking forward and growing the HMS Health community.

Brian Neal has been President and CEO of HMS Health since 2010. For more than a decade, Brian has been instrumental in helping empower community hospitals with innovative technologies.
Early in his career, Brian sharpened his business and financial skills in the banking sector, working for both Security Pacific Corporation and Merrill Lynch & Co. as well as consulting with The Boston Consulting Group and Strategic Compensation Associates. He obtained his MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University after earning his BA in Economics from Pomona College.
An accomplished medical device professional, Brad Fercho brings more than 3 decades of experience to the HMS Health Board of Directors. He gained his knowledge of the industry working for companies ranging in size from venture-capital-funded startups [both pre- and post-510(K) clearance] to large organizations that gain multi-billion dollars in sales revenue.
Currently, Brad is CEO of TriTanium Solutions, a provider substance abuse medical withdrawal management, behavioral health services, and marketing in acute care hospitals.

Gian Cavallini oversees the development and execution of various growth initiatives for Advanced ICU Care. Before joining Advanced ICU Care, he served as President and Owner of Foot Healers Holdings, a leading multi-office podiatry practice management company serving the metropolitan St. Louis area where he directed the company’s finance, strategy, and expansion initiatives.
