Brian Neal has been President and CEO of HMS Health since 2010. For more than a decade, Brian has been instrumental in helping empower community hospitals with innovative technologies.

Early in his career, Brian sharpened his business and financial skills in the banking sector, working for both Security Pacific Corporation and Merrill Lynch & Co. as well as consulting with The Boston Consulting Group and Strategic Compensation Associates. He obtained his MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University after earning his BA in Economics from Pomona College.

An accomplished medical device professional, Brad Fercho brings more than 3 decades of experience to the HMS Health Board of Directors. He gained his knowledge of the industry working for companies ranging in size from venture-capital-funded startups [both pre- and post-510(K) clearance] to large organizations that gain multi-billion dollars in sales revenue.

Currently, Brad is CEO of TriTanium Solutions, a provider substance abuse medical withdrawal management, behavioral health services, and marketing in acute care hospitals.

Gian Cavallini oversees the development and execution of various growth initiatives for Advanced ICU Care. Before joining Advanced ICU Care, he served as President and Owner of Foot Healers Holdings, a leading multi-office podiatry practice management company serving the metropolitan St. Louis area where he directed the company’s finance, strategy, and expansion initiatives.

Mike Burroughs has dedicated the past 40 years to the health care field, and he brings his thorough understanding of community hospitals to the HMS Health Board of Directors.

Mike began his career as an officer in the Army Medical Service Corps and progressed through various executive-level positions in the health information systems, physician contract staffing, and executive recruiting fields.
